Despite growing competition from Samsung and other Android brands, Apple still dominates tablet sales across several major markets including the US, UK and Canada.

Samsung held 40.4% of the Spanish tablet market between April 2025 and April 2026, while Apple reached 35.0%.

Tablet sales are nowhere near the levels seen during the market’s peak years in 2013 and 2014.
