Others will just mess up your life in some shape or form. There are a few nice gadgets and apps that can help someone break a bad habit, so maybe they are just what you need. Have you ever had too many bottles of beer then decided it was a good idea to email your ex telling them how much you love still them? I’m sure we’ve all been there before and when you wake up in the morning you give yourself a slap, but wouldn’t it be better if you didn’t send the email in the first place? Start getting up early
As soon as your alarm clock goes off in the morning, what is the first thing you do? I bet you don’t jump up and get ready to start your day. Some people won’t care and they will happily kill a stranger after swerving off the road, but others only drive because they don’t realize how much alcohol is inside their system. The Breathalyzer is a great gadget that works with your iPhone and it will tell you when you’re over the limit.

Food is like a drug because when you’re hungry you will do anything to get your hands on a chocolate cookie. The Kitchen Safe is a new gadget that has just been funded on Kickstarter, so it will soon be coming to market. It’s a storage box that has an electronic lock on top of it and you can lock anything away for a specific amount of time when you know you’ve had enough. Forcing yourself to go without something is a great way to break a bad habit.
