1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the SellCell Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is SellCell USA Limited (“Sponsor” or “SellCell”).

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The Sponsor’s designated computer system will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and any agencies or other companies involved in administering the Giveaway, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete all three of the following steps:
- Follow @SellCell on Instagram.
- Comment on the Giveaway post stating the phone they currently have and what they think it is worth.
- Tag a friend in the comment.
All three requirements must be completed during the Giveaway Period for an entry to be eligible.
Liking or sharing the Giveaway post is optional and is not required to enter or win.
No purchase is necessary. Entrants do not need to buy, sell or trade in a device through SellCell to participate.
5. Entry Limit
Limit one entry per person and Instagram account during the Giveaway Period.
Additional comments, tags or other interactions will not result in additional entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, incomplete, manipulated or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these Official Rules or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one $100 Amazon Gift Card, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of US $100.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another prize at the winner’s request.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, local or other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
8. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway Period closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message only from the official @SellCell Instagram account.
SellCell will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide bank or card details in order to claim the prize.
The potential winner will have 72 hours from the time the notification is sent to respond.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their identity, age, residency, eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, fails to provide reasonably requested verification or is otherwise found to have violated these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.
In that event, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will only be awarded after eligibility has been confirmed.
Once confirmed, the winner may be announced through the @SellCell Instagram account, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the SellCell Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or entrants that it reasonably determines are fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before termination where lawful and appropriate.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is being administered by the Sponsor and not Instagram and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, releases Instagram from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway.
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
