How to Sell Your Phone

• Step 1. Firstly, you will need to find the phone you want to sell. If you have your phone at hand but are unsure of the model then simply take the battery cover off, remove the battery and then the model number should be displayed under the battery. You will then need to type this into the search box on the homepage which will display your phone - you will then have three questions about the condition of the phone and if you are including any accessories with your order.

• Step 2. If you are happy with the offer, then you can add to cart and then checkout the order. This part will require you to register with the site so they know a little bit more about you so they can send further details to your email address as well as knowing what payment method you prefer: PayPal or Check. The final step of this stage is to click the Final Confirmation link at the bottom of the review page.

• Step 3. Once the order has been accepted, you will need to send off your phone using a freepost label provided by Technollo. Once they receive the device they will carry out a number of checks and just match up the condition to your original order to see if they match. The cash will then be paid out between 2-3 days via your preferred payment choice.
