Others will just mess up your life in some shape or form. There are a few nice gadgets and apps that can help someone break a bad habit, so maybe they are just what you need. No more drunken emails<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Have you ever had too many bottles of beer then decided it was a good idea to email your ex telling them how much you love still them? I’m sure we’ve all been there before and when you wake up in the morning you give yourself a slap, but wouldn’t it be better if you didn’t send the email in the first place? Email Goggles is an app that stops you from sending any emails after a certain point because you need to solve some complex math problems before you can hit send.<\/p>\n

Start getting up early<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As soon as your alarm clock goes off in the morning, what is the first thing you do? I bet you don’t jump up and get ready to start your day. You probably swing your arm across your bed and frantically try to find the snooze button. The Clocky alarm clock is the answer to your problems because as soon as you hit snooze it will fly off the bedside table and make a loud noise as it rolls around the room. Food is like a drug because when you’re hungry you will do anything to get your hands on a chocolate cookie. It’s a storage box that has an electronic lock on top of it and you can lock anything away for a specific amount of time when you know you’ve had enough.
