According to the article, your mobile today is like what your car was 10 \u2013 20 years ago. Do you remember the saying, \u201cYou are what you drive\u201d? Now you are what you carry in your pocket!<\/p>\n

For instance the article likens the iPhone to an Alfa Romeo. Ironically, I drive an Alfa, but I don\u2019t have an iPhone. I have a Nokia, which the article says is \u201cthe security blanket \u2013 the Toyota of phones.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other comparisons liken the Samsung to Daihatsu and LG to a Kia.<\/p>\n

The article goes on to apply social traits to cell phone users as well:<\/p>\n

\u201cSamsung users tend to be conservative dressers over 50 who don\u2019t like taking risks.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSony Ericsson users like a full social life and fast food.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cUsers of a LG handset are usually women aged 14 to 24, not mechanically minded and unlikely to have pay TV.\u201d<\/p>\n

And of course, \u201cThe typical iPhone user thinks computers give them control over their lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wow. All of that from looking at your cell phone! The question is how on the money is it? For me, I should definitely be carrying an iPhone. But I don\u2019t. How about you? Are you on this list?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
