The Three Steps to Getting Your Cash:

• 1. Firstly you need to find your phone, so you can easily do this on the Totem site by clicking the 'Select Your Phone' drop down menu in the blue box. This will display all the phones that Totem currently buy in. Simply select your phone here by clicking the sell now button under the phone image, and then select the condition by using the drop down just below.
• 2. You will now be able to click the Get a Quote button (the yellow button) and then you can decide whether or not you want to sell it. If you do then the next steps is to actually sell your cell phone to Totem. To do this you need to fill out the form after clicking the sell now button. This form will ask for your details, such as name, address and how you would like to be paid. That's it! Order complete.
• 3. All you need to do now is sit back, relax, and wait for your cash. Totem will receive your phone and then perform a few standard tests on it to make sure it's in the condition you stated it was in, and if everything checks out then you can track your device online. Payment is usually processed within 48 hours.
